eventstv.php?c= — upcoming listings on one channel, by name (e.g. TSN 1).

eventstv.php?d= — TV listings for a day, optionally narrowed to a sport, or to a country and sport. The API returns an empty body when given a country without a sport, so that combination is rejected here.
